Sandra Charlene Lee Graham, known as “Charlie”, is a compassionate healthcare professional with over 32 years of working in the field of nursing.
A native of Conway, Charlie has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2016. She is very excited to be joining Life in a Blender Family Medicine in October, 2021 and will start to see patients on Monday, the 4th.
In Charlie’s own words, “I graduated with a masters of science in nursing from Francis Marion University and received my bachelors of nursing from Coastal Carolina University. I have practiced in an urgent care facility for the last 3.5 years that also included primary care, then I had 25 years of nursing experience before I became a Nurse Practitioner – which included critical care, and emergency medicine. I also served as a Flight Nurse for 7 years. To me, the best part of my job is the patients. I love to help others and find great personal and professional satisfaction through my work.
